Who sells the ticket

Tickets for Grand Carnival Kochi are sold by Event Monk, Suite 805, Building 24/1701, near CSEZ, Kakkanad, Ernakulam, Kerala 682 037.

Payments are taken through Razorpay.

One ticket lets one person in on 31 December 2026 at Bolgatty Palace, Kochi.

Your ticket is a QR code sent by email. It is scanned once at the gate.

Keep the QR to yourself. Whoever scans it first gets in.

The tier on your ticket decides which area you can enter.

Prices are in Indian rupees. You pay the amount shown at checkout.

Your seats are held for 15 minutes while you pay. If payment does not finish in that time, the seats go back on sale.

Gates open 4 pm.

Bags are checked at entry. Anything that puts people at risk stays out.

Event Monk can refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who puts others at risk.

Artists, timings and layout can change. We tell ticket holders by email.

A change like that is not a cancellation. Refunds follow our cancellation and refund policy.

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, hear any dispute.
