Cancellation and refund policy

Cancelling your ticket

Tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded once bought.

If you cannot come, hand your QR to someone else. Whoever scans it first gets in.

A change of artist, running order, timing or layout is not a cancellation, and no refund is due for it.

Delivery

Tickets are digital. Your QR comes by email right after payment, with a PDF attached.

Nothing is shipped, so there is no delivery charge.

If seats run out while you pay

Sometimes a payment lands after the last seats in a tier are gone.

We refund that payment to the account it came from within 7 days, and email you.

If a payment fails

If money left your account and no ticket came, write to support@eventmonk.in with your payment reference.

Your bank usually reverses a failed payment on its own.

If the event is cancelled

If Event Monk cancels the event for a reason within our control, we refund the ticket price to the account it came from within 14 days, and tell every ticket holder by email.

No refund is due if the event is cancelled, stopped or cut short for reasons outside our control: weather, flood, fire, a government or court order, a public health order, a strike, a power failure, or any other event we do not cause.
